Johnson and Johnson in Trouble Again

A Johnson and Johnson plant in Puerto Rico is in trouble for not fixing the manufacturing violations made by the FDA in January. Agency inspections found that the plant had the same problems it did months ago at the last inspection. A warning letter was issued at that time to Chief Peter Luther but nothing has yet to be done. A spokesperson for the plant said, “it has responded to the FDA’s latest concerns and that it has been working hard to improve its manufacturing processes.” Repeated recalls continue to keep Johnson and Johnson in the spotlight.
